Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Policy:

Your products are sent recorded, protected and signed for. We use Royal Mail to ship our items. Our processing time is 48 hours and after we sent you a dispatch email, Royal Mail shipment should not take more than 3-5 working days to deliver your item in the UK. We cannot control any delays the Royal Mail may be having nor give any more information on where a parcel is other than the tracking information you receive with your dispatch email. Any questions regarding delivery AFTER the item has been dispatched will need to be directed to the Royal Mail.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

We do not accept returns unless the incorrect order was sent as the whole idea of mystery jerseys box will be defeated.

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us at mysteryjerseyuk@gmail.com

We might be able to accept your return for other reasons but your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in original packaging and tags still attached along with all original contents. All returns will be reviewed and any that do not meet the standards as mentioned above i.e. no tags or tampering of tags will be refused and sent back to the buyer.

3. Exchanges:​

We do not do exchanges as the whole idea of mystery Jerseys will be defeated. 

4. Damaged Parcels:

Mystery Football Jersey UK are not responsible for any parcels damaged during transport. If the damage has affected the contents inside, please take pictures and keep the original packaging. You will then need to notify us so we can open a claim with the post office/courier. 

​5. Shipping Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
